The new mushroom coloured grout in TAL’s Wall & Floor range of tiling grouts is ideal for use with lighter and neutral coloured tiles. TAL, a leading supplier of tile adhesives, has added a new mushroom colour to its Wall & Floor grout range.

The new colour complements the existing range of lighter-coloured grouts which include super white, white, beige, calico cream, ivory, light grey, and dove grey colours. The mushroom colour has been developed to suit tiles with a neutral tone.

Gela Ohl, brand manager for TAL, says, “Light-coloured tiles remain popular and the mushroom colour blends perfectly with the wide variety of neutral tiles on the market.”

TAL Wall & Floor is a cement-based grout suitable for filling interior and exterior wall and floor tile joints up to 8mm in width. The grout is mould and crack resistant, inhibits moisture ingress and resists bacterial and fungal growth.

When TAL Wall & Floor grout is used in exterior, exposed and wet applications, high-traffic areas and areas subject to thermal stresses or temperature changes, or where some flexibility is required, it is recommended that the water in the mix is replaced with TAL Bond. This is a latex additive that improves the water resistance, flexibility and strength of the grout.

TAL products are manufactured and tested in line with TAL procedures, which are maintained in accordance with the Quality System Standard ISO 9001: 2008

“We guarantee the performance of our products when they are used strictly in accordance with our materials and methods specifications,” says Ohl.

TAL Wall & Floor grout is available in 5kg and 20kg pack sizes. As well as the lighter colours noted above, the range includes dark grey, light brown, mid brown, dark brown and terracotta. Other colours are available on special request.
