Miragrid GX – Weak and unstable soils are easily strengthened by the inclusion of Miragrid GX geogrids. Miragrid GX geogrids act to structurally increase the load bearing capacity and tensile resistance of the soil beyond its natural limits.
Geotextiles as Filters or as adjuncts thereto, in a vast array of applications including inter alia pavement drains, dam engineering, waste management facilities, structural drainage, sportsfields and construction expedients.
Kaypipe geopipe, the engineers’ solution to all your drainage problems, fin drains, couplings, no other drainage pipes have an infiltration rate equivalent
Kaymat® is a continuous filament nonwoven needlepunched geotextile. It is manufactured of 100% recycled polyester from discarded cool-drink bottles. Its versatility sees it used in various applications from erosion control against tidal action, to reinforcing earth retaining structures, to separation in railway applications, to subsoil drainage in roads and homes, to liner protection in raw water dams, and more.
The EnviroRock® containers are extremely robust and are designed to be filled with sand, soil, gravel, recycled material, treated materials, or a combination thereof to form a stable, durable container. These containers are manufactured using the patented 3PL, Envirotex, Georevet, or bidim depending on the requirements of the application. The versatility and durability of EnviroRock® containers provide solutions to structures such as groynes, walls, reef structures and other applications for marine and inland waterway structures. EnviroRock® containers are purpose-manufactured and available as: geobags – hand-filled from 40kg upwards Geocontainer® – hydraulically-filled larger containers up to 4 tons Pipe Support bags – pipe support plinths of various sizes filled with tailings, sand or soil
Geotube dewatering technology has become the method of choice for organisations around the world. Use at the water and wastewater treatment, mining and mineral processing, pulp and paper mills, power generation and environmental remediation.
Enviromat is a locally produced and biodegradable erosion control blanket made from wood wool extracted from the alien Poplar tree. Used to combat soil erosion on exposed slopes, it stimulates vegetative growth while protecting topsoil and germinating seeds from the elements.
The natural solution for soil erosion problems. SoilSaver® is used wherever ground surfaces need to be stabilised and protected from soil erosion. SoilSaver® is a woven 100% jute yarn comprising a coarse 65% open mesh structure. This natural fibre mesh protects bare soil from the natural elements…
EnviroFIX – Needle-punched and thermally locked geosynthetic clay liner. Naturally occuring clay minera that swells as water enters between its platelets
Geotextiles used in the following applications: filtration, subsoil drainage, sportsfield drainage, structural drainage, erosion control, separation / stabilisation, railtracks, reinforcing soil slopes, liner protection, road maintenance…
Sudpave™ plastic grid pavers are used to control the run-off of rain water to limit the impact on over loaded storm water infrastructure. Sudpave™ is an open cell structure, which is either gravel filled, for frequent intensive use, or grass planted for occasional consecutive use. The open structure allows rain water to permeate into the ground at its source. Sudpave™ is now manufactured in South Africa to meet the increasing demand for paving products that satisfy the requirements of a Sustainable Urban Drainage System (SUDS).
The PS Bag is a reinforced, geosynthetic bag, consisting of a mechanically bonded woven/nonwoven composite fabric, with a dimensioned geotextile drainage base. These bags are filled with wet tailings material, sand or soil, and are mainly used as support plinths below concrete, HDPE or steel pipes.
Composite asphalt reinforcement interlayer. SealGrid® consists of high strength glass fibre roving knitted to a paving fabric to form a reinforced composite paving fabric. Application areas of SealGrid®: under or between asphalt layers where high horizontal or vertical stresses occur…
Flodrain by Supplier Kaytech The ready-made solution to subsoil drainage. The FloDrain™ can be successfully used in the lowering of the water table or intercepting seepage in a wide range of applications: roadside edge drains, railtrack formation edge drainage, sportsfields, behind retaining walls and bridge abutments…
This economical easy-to-apply dam lining system is the answer to all your water retaining requirements. Constructed using Sealmac and impregnated with 3 coats of a mineral-filled latex emulsion sealing compound, it provides a robust, highly elastic bitumen coating that is nontoxic and impervious to water.
Concrete Canvas is part of a class of construction materials called Geosynthetic Cementitious Composite Mats (GCCMs). It is a flexible, concrete impregnated fabric that harden on hydration to form a thin, durable, waterproof and fire-resistant concrete layer. It is used in channel lining, slope protection, bund lining, remediation of existing concrete structures, and culvert lining.
Flo-Pipe ® drainage pipe is optimally slotted for maximum infiltration with minimal blockage. Fabricated from the highest quality HDPE available, the twin wall sandwich design provides strength and flexibility.
Sealmac® saturated with suitable bitumen effectively seals the existing pavement and reinforces the surface treatment by enhancing the performance of the seal. Sealmac® provides lower construction costs, lower maintenance costs, reduced overlay thickness and it prolongs fatigue life…
Typically, pavement cracking is caused by traffic loading, age hardening and temperature cycling. GlasGrid9 Paving Reinforcement combines strength and elasticity for long-lasting performance and helps arrest this cycle of deterioration. It’s the hidden strength in the road, reducing reflective cracking for years to come.Typically, pavement cracking is caused by traffic loading, age hardening and temperature cycling.
