Roofing technology and concepts

Cleanroom Systems – Sikafloor®-CR and Sikagard®-CR ranges are the state of the art in products specifically developed for floor, wall and ceiling coatings in cleanroom environments. Sikafloor and Sikagard are suitable for all clean manufacturing facilities with a controlled level of contamination, such as minimum particle and VOC/AMC emissions.
SikaTop® Seal-107 ZA is a versatile solution for waterproofing and protecting concrete structures. This two-part polymer-modified cementitious slurry consists of a liquid polymer and a mix of cement with special additives.

Hydrophilic joint sealing systems like SikaSwell® profiles and sealants are waterstops which can swell and are used in watertight concrete structures for systematic sealing of construction joints. When in contact with water, the SikaSwell® waterstop builds up a swelling pressure inside of the construction. This swelling pressure seals the construction joint and stops water crossing.

Refurbishment: Structural Strengthening with Sika Systems
The use of a building or civil engineering structure may change throughout the course of its service life, as for example, its whole function can change, loads can increase and/or higher building standards are required and the structure must be made compliant. Sika provides fully comprehensive solutions with complete systems for all kinds of structural strengthening and improvement. Whether increasing the bending, shear or impact resistance, tested and proven Sika systems are available for use on reinforced concrete, steel, wood and masonry load-bearing structures.
Sikaflex® AT-Façade is a 1-part, moisture curing elastic sealant based on Silane Terminated Polymers. Especially for movement and connection joints on porous and non-porous substrates. Excellent weatherability and highest UV resistance.
SikaFlex Crystal Clear is a transparent sealant and adhesive for interior and exterior use. It can be used for jointing, caulking and as an adhesive on most construction materials.
Sika® MonoTop -615HB is a high build cementitious, polymer modified, one component repair and reprofiling mortar containing silica fume.

Sikagard®-550 W Elastic is a one component, plasto-elastic coating based on UV-curing acrylic dispersion with excellent crack-bridging properties even at temperatures below 0°C. Sikagard®-550 W Elastic complies with the requirements of EN 1504-2 as protective coating.
