Balcony Drains - Seaqual BalconyDrain
BalconyDrains are supplied with either 110mm or 200mm square stainless steel grates with square holes. All F-Box’s have optional flange for waterproofing and are supplied with red temporary protection covers for use during construction.
Seaqual RainDrain Lite: Technical Data Sheet
The catchpit that blends into the surrounding paving. The RainDrain Lite consists of a body, which acts as a sump, with a Polypropylene grate and a high-density foam seal. RainDrain Lite is not recommended for areas with vehicular traffic. This is for pedestrian foot traffic only.
Seaqual BuddyBats 22mm Pipe Anchors / Pipe Fixings
BuddyBats are pipe anchors. Their function is to reduce water hammer caused by vibrations in pipes. Buddy Bats are available in 5 different colours: Black, Brown, White, Red & Blue. They can assist with pipe identification – Red for hot water pipes and Blue for cold water pipes. White BuddyBats can be painted if used on external walls. Brown is traditionally used for copper or brown polycop pipes. Brown & Black are the most UV stabilised of all the colours and can be used for external pipe-work, although it is recommended that Nylon BuddyBats are rather used for this application.

Seaqual HyDrain 1st Fix Packs: Technical Data Sheet
The HyDrain 1st Fix consists of a F-box that acts as a reducer that is available in 4 different outlets for easy pipe connections as well as a dust cover for protection during construction. This product together with the HyDrain 2nd Fix acts as a full-bore and is a suitable replacement to the common cast iron full-bore that has traditionally been installed on flat concrete roofs to drain rainwater.
Seaqual HyDrain F-Box Full-Bore HyDrain 2nd Fix
The HyDrain 2nd Fix comprises of the following components: A Waterproofing Flange, manufactured from Glass-filled Nylon, which is compatible with most conventional methods and applications of waterproofing. A Domed Grate which is made from Polypropylene with added UV stabilisers to increase longevity in outdoor applications/installations and is specifically designed with two tiers to attempt to prevent blockage by debris and is the last step to achieving a High-Quality Full-Bore. It is supplied with 4x Nuts & Bolts for the fastening down of the Dome Grate and 4 x Finishing Plugs.

Seaqual HiddenHatch: Technical Data Sheet
The HiddenHatch is a universal inspection hatch/duct which can be tiled to blend into its surrounds without being noticed while allowing access for future maintenance. The HiddenHatch consists of a frame with a nylon blue cord to open it in the future and a removable cover plate. Key Benefits: a. Easy to install with a quality finish using a selected tile/mosaic or other finishing product. b. Will fit either 1 x 300 x 300mm wall tile or 2 x 150 x 150mm wall tiles or 4 x 100 x 100mm wall tiles. c. Saves cost and time of replacing existing and or trying to match dated tiles. d. Seaqual VitylDrain 1st Fix Packs: Technical Data Sheet
VitylDrain 1st Fix Packs are the 1st half of a floor drain specifically designed where vinyl flooring has been specified. The 1st Fix comprises a housing device called an F-box that connects to a standard plumbing pipe of either 50mm or 75mm. It is available with both horizontal and vertical outlets.
Seaqual VitylDrain 2nd Fix Packs: Technical Data Sheet
The VitylDrain 2nd Fix Pack is installed during the “finishing” phase of construction. It comprises a large waterproofing flange, a vityl screw down insert & an ABS plastic grate. This product needs to be specified together with a VitylDrain 1st fix in order to make up a complete drainage unit. This is only the top half of a floor drain. The Vinyl flooring adheres directly onto the waterproofing flange to create a permanent water seal. VitylDrain 2nd Fix is only compatible with VitylDrain 1st fix and must not be used with any other Seaqual 1st fix pack.

Seaquals WetFloor 304 - All-in-One: Technical Data Sheet
A complete floor drain for all indoor applications. Includes a 50mm horizontal pipe connection, a 75mm deep water trap which is SANS compliant, a large water-proofing flange and a square hole satin finish 304 grade stainless steel grate. This drain can be installed in all indoor wet floor applications such as showers, wet rooms, laundries, kitchens etc.
Seaquals WetFloor 2nd Fix Packs: Technical Data Sheet
The 2nd part of the Seaqual WetFloor Drain. The WetFloor 2nd Fix Pack is installed during the “finishing” phase of construction. It comprises an M-sert which houses the grate, a 75mm SANS 0252-2 compliant water trap and a grate. The Dust Cover protects the 2nd Fix from blockages & damages during construction. There are 17 grates to choose from. This product needs to be specified together with a WetFloor 1st fix in order to make up a complete drainage unit.
Seaqual Ceiling Saver: Technical Data Sheet
Ceiling Savers are unique little devices that are installed over the vacuum breaker of the geyser. Vacuum breakers can fail and if they do there is no provision to lead water outside the home. In the event of vacuum breaker failure the Ceiling Saver directs the flow of water safely through the overflow pipe and discharges the water outside the home, thereby preventing flood damage within.

The BalconyDrain Complete comprises of the following components: A F-Box which forms the main body of the drain which houses components that produce a unique end product and are available in both Horizontal and Vertical discharge points with two outlet sizes (50mm and 75mm), is made from ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene) plastic for durability and its impact resistant properties. A special Waterproofing Flange which is also made from ABS plastic is compatible with most conventional waterproofing methods.

The system can handle vehicular traffic up to 1.5 tons and has a domestic or light commercial rating of A15. This is an imported product, manufactured in Italy by Mufle and carries EN 1433 certification.

The 4All Garage Pack includes: 3 x 1m channels (100/70 HDPE), 3 x 1m A15 gratings in galvanised steel and 1 kit bottom outlet plus 2 end caps. Recommended for light duty and domestic use only.
This floor drain is a lower profile version of our tried and tested WetFloor drain. Each component has been reduced in height to make it easier to install in thin slabs. The LoLo drain consists of a shortened F-Box with 50mm side outlet and a reduced water trap.
