Expanded Polystyrene Core Panel
Polystyrene is the most common core material used in Isowall panels. It has a high strength to weight ratio and good water absorption resistance.
Isowall’s PIR cored panels are made from a flexible faced PIR board made on a continuous laminator. Even though PIR is not non-combustible, it does not burn in the same way as other foams such as polystyrene
Joint Detail, Face Profiles and Technical Considerations
Isowall’s Inta-Lock panel joint is the most efficient connecting system available. It combines the strength of a metal to metal join with the insulation properties of a snug core to core fit. This ensures that the thermal properties of the panel are uniform throughout the wall construction.
