Starlite® is a premium glass fibre roll insulation offering superior thermal and acoustic performance with an A1 fire rating. This non-combustible, eco-friendly insulation solution is specifically designed for commercial and industrial roofing applications, providing excellent thermal resistance values from R1.28 to R3.46 while meeting strict South African building standards, including SANS 10400-T compliance.
D&D Roof Insulation presents Isover Cavitybatt and Cavitylite glasswool insulation solutions, offering superior thermal and acoustic performance for steel frame, timber frame, and drywall applications. Available in 51mm, 63mm, and 102mm thicknesses with R-values from 1.34 to 2.68 m²·K/W, these non-combustible, eco-friendly insulation products provide lifelong energy savings while meeting SANS and ISO certification standards.
Factoryboard is a rigid board manufactured from non-combustible Glasswool insulation. Available in 25, 40 or 50 mm thickness. It can be supplied with an ASTM E-84 tested reinforced foil or white metalised foil. Alternative facings are also available (white embossed vinyl or black non-woven glass tissue).
Soundlite ceiling tiles are manufactured from non-combustible inorganic Glasswool and bonded with an inert thermosetting resin binder. A decorative vinyl facing is available in two finishes, namely Coral and Ripple, which provide a durable finish.
LAMBDABOARD® stands as the optimal selection for inverted roof insulation, frequently extending the life expectancy of aging steel roofing systems and aligning buildings with the SANS 10400XA requirements. Known for its durability and ability to withstand moderate foot traffic, for areas with high volume foot traffic, it is recommended to use Lambdaguard as a protective layer.

Insultrak is a roof insulation spacer system designed specifically for use with faced flexible fibre and reflective foil roof insulation materials in over-purlin roof applications.
Loft Insulation is a high quality Glasswool thermal and acoustic insulation that is bonded with an inert, thermosetting resin. The strong, resilient, flexible blankets are supplied in compression packed rolls and are easy to cut and install.
IsoBoard over purlin insulation is a high-density, extruded polystyrene solution designed for installation under roof sheets to enhance thermal efficiency in industrial, agricultural, and retail buildings.
Factorylite is manufactured from high quality non-combustible flexible Glasswool insulation with an inert binder, which makes the product lightweight, safe and resilient. Factorylite is faced on one side with either a reinforced foil or white metalised foil. Factorylite can be faced on both sides on request.
