Factoryboard is a rigid board manufactured from non-combustible Glasswool insulation. Available in 25, 40 or 50 mm thickness. It can be supplied with an ASTM E-84 tested reinforced foil or white metalised foil. Alternative facings are also available (white embossed vinyl or black non-woven glass tissue).
Soundlite ceiling tiles are manufactured from non-combustible inorganic Glasswool and bonded with an inert thermosetting resin binder. A decorative vinyl facing is available in two finishes, namely Coral and Ripple, which provide a durable finish.
LAMBDABOARD® stands as the optimal selection for inverted roof insulation, frequently extending the life expectancy of aging steel roofing systems and aligning buildings with the SANS 10400XA requirements. Known for its durability and ability to withstand moderate foot traffic, for areas with high volume foot traffic, it is recommended to use Lambdaguard as a protective layer.

Starlite Insulation - Eco Friendly Energy Efficient Roof & Ceiling Insulation
Starlite Insulation consists of flexible rolls of insulation manufactured from high-quality non-combustible glass mineral fibre using an inert thermosetting binder to form a product that is light-weight, strong, resilient, safe and highly thermally efficient. Starlite® is supplied as a plain blanket for ceiling applications, or faced with a variety of scrim re-inforced facings being aluminium foil or white coated aluminium foil for industrial and steel roof applications. Starlite® is used for thermal and acoustic applications in roofs, walls and ceilings of all types of buildings and has a working temperature of up to 230°C. Loft Insulation is a high quality Glasswool thermal and acoustic insulation that is bonded with an inert, thermosetting resin. The strong, resilient, flexible blankets are supplied in compression packed rolls and are easy to cut and install.
IsoBoard over purlin insulation is a high-density, extruded polystyrene solution designed for installation under roof sheets to enhance thermal efficiency in industrial, agricultural, and retail buildings.
Factorylite | Glasswool Insulation | D&D roof insulation
Factorylite is manufactured from high quality non-combustible flexible Glasswool insulation with an inert binder, which makes the product lightweight, safe and resilient. Factorylite is faced on one side with either a reinforced foil or white metalised foil. Factorylite can be faced on both sides on request.
Energylite is manufactured from non-combustible glasswool bonded with an inert thermosetting resin to form a strong, resilient product. Available in batts and blankets.
Starlite Installation Methodology
Methodology for installing Starlite Insulation. Starlite should not be installed in applications where the facing material is exposed to direct ultraviolet radiation.
Cavitybatt has been specially developed for use within steel frame structures, timber frame buildings and dry wall systems. Cavitybatts are manufactured using high quality Glasswool and are glass tissue faced on one side for ease of handling and improved rigidity.
Aerolite is a pink, high quality, Glasswool thermal and acoustic ceiling insulation that is bonded with an inert, thermosetting resin. The strong, resilient, flexible blankets are supplied in compression packed rolls and are easy to cut and install.

Starfibre™ Insulation consists of flexible rolls of insulation manufactured from recycled plastic bottles to produce a high-quality polyester fibre ceiling insulation that is lightweight, strong, resilient, safe and highly thermally efficient.
