Dubai Hills Development by Emaar and Meraas use Terraforce L16 consistently for 4 years and is ongoing!
Terraforce is proud of projects that become repeat uses of blocks for the same location, such as the prestigious housing development in Dubai, UAE.
Sinan Awad, Al Aamal Construction, landed his first contract in 2018 at the site, a large development – Dubai Hills by Emaar and Meraas – to install the first Terraforce retaining wall. The engineers, KEO International Consultants and main contractor ARCD, were so impressed with the product and quality of work, that the L16 blocks, manufactured by Consent LLC in Dubai, have been consistently used in various sections of the development up until 2022.
Below we share some images of recent and older walls that showcase the first-rate aesthetic value Terraforce retaining walls have added to the estate. The undulating terraced outdoor spaces are landscaped using the rockface finish, creating parks, walkways, playgrounds and sporting facilities that the residents can easily access via ramps and stairs.
