The RoofSeal Acrylic system embraces a primer/bonding coat, an impregnating RoofSeal coat, a very tough spun bonded polyester membrane, a second impregnating RoofSeal coat and, when all work is dry (minimum 3 days), a final RoofSeal coat.

Q: Can I use RoofSeal in flower boxes to waterproof them?
A: No, RoofSeal does not like ponding as it re-emulsifies under these conditions.
Q: Can I use RoofSeal to waterproof my parapets?
A: Yes, it is particularly good for parapets because it is UV Stable and bridges hairline cracks.
Q: How long will RoofSeal last?
A: Despite the fact that it is durable and weather resistant we recommend that a maintenance coat is applied every 3-4 years.
Q: Can I paint galvanized zinc with RoofSeal?
A: Yes, provided that it has previously been coated with paint. Our datasheet provides comprehensive information on suitable surfaces and the preparation required.
Q: Can I paint over RoofSeal?
A: Yes, as long as the necessary surface preparation has been done properly.
