PermaStop, MatCrete and RoofPaint

Permastop

A cement-based mixture containing chemicals which combine with the water in cement and migrate into the concrete or cement plaster thereby effectively waterproofing the structure against hydrostatic pressure. For slurry coatings and plugging holes.

MatCrete

An enhanced fibre-cement blend to be mixed with a solution of Flexbond (a liquid additive), for the saturation and impregnation of CemForce and CemLam forming a reinforced, vapour-proof product of about 4 to 8mm in thickness.

RoofPaint

A tough, thermoplastic, textured, weatherproof coating. Contains Mica and silica for maximum film protection against ultra-violet light and weather abrasion. Supplied ready for use. Application by brush or roller. SABS 2000 hour artificial weathering test report available on request.

MatCrete

• Thin cement linings can now be formed in-situ with reinforcing CemForce and CemLam.

RoofPaint

• Suitable for application to concrete and corrugated iron roofs.
• Surfaces treated with RoofPaint can be cleaned using scrubbing brushes, detergent and cold water.
• Extremely durable and long lasting

Permastop

Cemcrete’s Permastop to be applied in two coats with a 150mm block brush. All suspect moving joints or cracks to be repaired using Joint Filling Mix incorporating Permastop and covered using polypropylene membrane saturated with Permastop. Surfaces to be prepared in accordance with manufacturer’s instructions.

MatCrete

The creation of fish ponds, water channels, dams, relining of pipes, repair of old cracked reservoirs etc, as well as flat roof waterproofing.

RoofPaint

Cemcrete RoofPaint applied in two coats with a minimum six hour interval to hard surfaces which are free from grease, organic growths or anything which might prevent adhesion. All in strict accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
