The lightweight and rigidity of the core board combined with the use of an IXPE foam backer also make IsoCore the perfect product for refurbishment work. It can be installed over almost any existing surface, including tiles, without any fear of telegraphing what’s underneath. When you add to this the speed of installation achievable from the “drop lock 100” technology, you have a product that can quite literally transform a facility overnight. This is particularly attractive in revenue generating venues like hotel rooms, retail stores or doctor’s rooms.
