Neil Lyners & Associates (RF) (Pty) Ltd, generally known as LYNERS, is a privately owned consulting engineering and project management practice with offices in Paarl, Bellville and George. Lyners also has a presence in Springbok in the Northern Cape. The company has nearly twenty years’ experience in providing consulting and project management servicesin bulk and public sector infrastructure, recreational- and educational facilities, resorts and housing development projects. In this regard Lyners has concluded contracts with all tiers of Government and the private sector, mainly in the Western Cape. Some projects however had been or are being executed outside the borders of South Africa, notably in the Republic of Chad and Lesotho respectively.
