The formation of FITA has arisen due to the new legislation regarding the training and registration of artisans, as well as a desperate need for new skilled artisans in the flooring industry. FITA’s mandate is to represent the industry and assume the role of the official facilitator for the accredited training and registration of flooring installers nationally.Our vision is to provide the flooring industry with accredited training, and to implement a national register of installers throughout South Africa.Our objective is to facilitate the accreditation of your flooring installers through CETA certified training providers, with learnerships, recognition of prior learning and short skills programmes.
CONMESA The Association seeks to establish and maintain a sound public image, through the cohesive action of a membership which is representative of the construction and mining equipment industry, in the best interests of the South African construction and mining industry.

MBA North – Master Builders Association North The Pretoria Master Builders Association was founded in 1903 and the Johannesburg Master Builders Association was founded in 1894 and was formally constituted in 1904. These organisations merged in January 1996 to form the Gauteng Master Builders Association (GMBA). In 2012, the association underwent a name change and is now known as the Master Builders Association North – incorporating the following 4 regions: Gauteng, North West, Mpumalanga and Limpopo.
