Cemcrete

Cemcrete Sealers are transparent protective coatings. Protecting cement floors and walls with a good quality Cemcrete sealer is crucial and not only makes the surface easier to clean, but it also offers other benefits as well, such as enriching the colour intensity of the overlay, blocking the penetration of stains, and improving water repellency and abrasion resistance.

Cemcrete’s unique decorative coatings and membranes, specifically designed for use with cement matrices. It highlights products like CemForce, CemLam, Glass Fibre Mesh, and Polypropylene Membrane, emphasizing their properties and applications in construction and design.

Thermoplastic Coating

Thermoplastic coating is a durable pigmented coating for walls, ceilings and roofs.

CemWash is a rough textured cement wall finish. A two-coat decorative, coloured, weatherproof cement finish; supplied as CemWash first coat grey and CemWash top coat in the colour of your choice.

A finely ground mixture of white Portland cement, pigments and chemicals. It is supplied in powder form requiring mixing with water onsite to produce a smooth, flowing coating which sets rock hard.

BaseCoat Paste is a special mixture of adhesives, fillers & plasticisers for mixing with ordinary Portland cement to obtain a controlled mixture for the repair of concrete & masonry, and attaching and subsequent surfacing of polystyrene insulation boards prior to painting or finishing.

EIFS BaseCoat is a special mixture of various admixtures and Ordinary Portland Cement for repair of concrete and masonry, adhering and surfacing of EIFS Insulation boards prior to applying Cemcrete’s decorative coatings.

MatCrete | Reinforced concrete waterproof lining

MatCrete Charcoal is a waterproof cement lining ideal for creating various water-containing structures like fish ponds, dams, and flat roofs. Applied directly onto hard compacted soil, it offers cost-effective solutions for repairing old reservoirs, relining pipes, and waterproofing surfaces such as parapets.

Coloured fibre-reinforced plaster provides a tough, mottled, coloured exterior or interior plaster onto conventional wood floated or scratch plaster that is UV resistant.

Permastop | Crystalline waterproofing treatment

Permastop is a crystalline waterproofing treatment suitable for surfaces in contact with cement or concrete, providing a brushed finish unless plastered over. Application involves brush-on techniques, with curing requiring dampening three times daily in hot, dry conditions and protection from freezing and direct sun or wind for 24 hours.

Waterproofing Products

Cemcrete offers a comprehensive range of waterproofing products tailored for various applications, ensuring long-lasting protection against water damage. Their products include MatCrete, ThatchCrete, Permastop, ElastoBond, and Water-Repellent Cement, each designed for specific uses such as fish ponds, reservoirs, roofs, and below-ground structures.

Superscreed is a thin high-strength screed. A 10-20mm high-strength, shrinkage compensated granolithic type screed mix.

Sculptcrete is a fibre cement mixture for art pieces. A scientifically formulated enhanced fibre-cement blend. Contains no hazardous materials and is suitable for interior or exterior use.

White cement is a hydraulic binder with physical characteristics corresponding to those of Portland grey cement. Pure white colour.

Countertop Mix is a 3 component pre-casting mix that contains a proprietary blend of cements, and other admixtures to produce a high strength countertop.

Exterior Crack Filler

Exterior crack filler is a very tough waterproof filler based on special thermoplastic resins and fillers. Softens slightly with increases of temperature, thereby relaxing the tension in the crack.

Mortar Mix comprises of white cement, graded sand and additives to give high bond strength, waterproof joints and high-water retention for workability and plasticity.

DecoCrete Shapeable textured plaster. A coloured, cement-based material formulated to be plastered to excessive thicknesses but does not slide or shrink and dries rock-hard.

Exposed Aggregate Floor

Exposed Aggregate mix is a thin decorative stone cementitious bound system. Ideally suited for external residential and commercial applications such as alfresco retail shops, restaurants, patios, walkways, driveways, pool surrounds, etc.

SatinCrete is a thin skim, cement-based decorative plaster that creates a smooth, coloured finish for interior use only.

RenoCrete is a pre-coloured spray-on cementitious based polymer modified 2-part concrete resurfacing system.

RenoCrete beautifies existing surfaces (wall, floor and other) while achieving good compressive, tensile and flexural strength.

PrimerCote is a tough adhesive for new screeds, no dilution required, needs to be mixed with Cemcrete’s FlexBond and will ensure screed adheres to substrate.

Dry-shake Screed Colour Hardener – A granolithic concrete material that is floated into fresh screed or concrete which colours, strengthens and creates durable surfaces for concrete floors.

CreteCote is a thin skim-on floor coating. A coloured, thin-film cement-based floor covering which is versatile and durable.

Concrete Primer

Concrete primer is a modified latex liquid primer for concrete floors. To be used on wood floated (rough) and porous surfaces, ensuring a good bond onto the substrate.

ColourCem is a coloured cement pigment, comprised of a milled blend of white or grey Portland cement and carefully selected compatible pigments. Its strengths parallel those of Portland cement, though for darker shades, it’s recommended to utilise up to 10% more ColourCem to achieve the desired strength.
