SPECXpert 2007/8 Version 14.0 - Downloads

The downloads on this page are for the SPECXpert 2007/8 Building Industry Reference Source CD-ROM program. Please take the time to read the download instructions!

Download Instructions:

1)	Before downloading an update, create a download directory on your computer. Give the directory a descriptive name like ‘My Downloads’. If you do not want to create another directory on your computer you could simply use the ‘My Documents’ folder.
2)	To start downloading click on one of the links at the end of this page. When prompted, select ‘Save this program to disk’ and click OK. Now select the ‘My Downloads’ or ‘My Documents’ directory on your computer and save the file.
3)	When the file download completes either click on the ‘Open’ button or close the download window and run the file from the ‘My Downloads’ or ‘My Documents’ directory by double clicking on it.
If you experience any problems downloading these updates please contact Specifile for assistance !

Brownbuilt Metal Sections - Oct 2007

This download updates all the specifications and preambles currently on SPECXpert for the Brownbuilt range of sheeting for roofing and cladding purposes. These include preambles for Klip-Lok 700, Armatile roofing systems, Bond-Dek, Bond-Lok, Corrugated 10½ , IBR 686, 890 Supa-Clad, and Klip-Lok 406. In addition, the latest corporate brochure from Brownbuilt is included in the download. This provides an overview of the Brownbuilt range of products - metal roof tiles, roofing and cladding profiles, permanent formwork and flooring systems.

Brownbuilt Metal Sections - 29 January 2008

Excellent batch of updated brochures from Brownbuilt Metal Sections. Armatile coated metal roof tiles are manufactured from galvanised steel. The tile profile is pressed in standard lengths with a granular coating applied to one side. Brownbuilt profiled roofing and side cladding is roll-formed from ISQ 300 quality galvanised steel and includes a galvanised finish of Z275 or a Globalcoat finish. IBR 890 or Supa-Clad is available in light industrial, heavy industrial and Zincalume options. Also used for roofing and side cladding, the profile is available in aluminium and polycarbonate as well. Bond-Dek is a composite steel flooring system for multi-storey steel or concrete buildings. The unique side-lap interlocking system provides for fast and easy construction. Bond-Dek is able to span up to 3 metres unsupported under wet concrete with a minimum depth of 65mm over the profile.

Brownbuilt Metal Sections - 18 August 2008
