Teckentrup industrial doors are designed to deliver long-term hardwearing service in tough everyday conditions. They are especially suitable for factory entrances, industrial warehousing, logistics centres, and loading areas.

Teckentrup has been manufacturing doors since it was established in 1932 and is today the second biggest manufacturer of doors in Europe. All production of Teckentrup’s range of doors is handled in Germany at the company’s two factories where only top grade materials are used, precise workmanship is guaranteed and quality checks are conducted in line with DIN ISO 9001. This ensures that Teckentrup's products provide first rate safety, reliability and durability. The doors are available in a wide range of colours and are customised to suit site-specific requirements.

Teckentrup's range of ThermoTeck Roller Doors and Sectional Overhead Doors have insulated panels, made with a double skin of coil-coated steel or aluminium enclosing a CFC-free rigid polyurethane foam. As well as ensuring effective insulation to control temperatures – and in turn save energy – this provides added robustness to the door.

Teckentrup has delivered doors for diverse projects all over Europe as well as in Dubai in the United Arab Emirates, and in India.

Maxiflex Door Systems staff is fully trained by Teckentrup Germany to handle all aspects of specification, installation and aftersales maintenance and service. Teckentrup also has a branch office in South Africa to provide additional support on special projects if required.

The Albany RapidRoll® Door range is specifically designed for high-traffic areas where control of the working environment is of utmost importance. With speeds up to 3.2m/s, the doors open and close quickly. They also incorporate patented safety features to ensure the safety of pedestrians, vehicles and the door itself.

The doors are available with support columns in anodised aluminium, galvanised steel or stainless steel and the door blades are available in standard clear or coloured PVC, or very stiff, tear resistant RollTex® material with or without windows. If security is also a priority, the Albany RapidRoll® 3000 with aluminium door blades is the answer.

For other cheaper but also effective solutions Maxiflex Door Systems also supplies PVC strip curtains, flexible impact doors and rigid impact doors. A range of high quality hinge doors from Teckentrup will soon be added to the company’s portfolio of door systems.
