glasstec, the international trade fair for the glass industry – including production, processing and products – will take place together with solarpeq – the international trade fair for solar-related production equipment, in Düsseldorf, Germany, from 23 to 26 October this year. Bookings for exhibition space are already open.
glasstec is the biggest international trade fair for the glass industry and its suppliers. It offers all industry role players one of the best platforms to present product innovations, forward-looking processing techniques and new glass applications. The trade fair attracts visitors from around the globe who come to find out what’s new in glass machinery, the glass industry, glazing techniques and glass craftsmanship.
Nearly 1 300 exhibitors from around the world participated in glasstec 2010 and the fair, together with solarpeq, was attended by about 45 000 trade visitors.
solarpeq is the new event for the fast-growing solar sector. It provides an international forum for all those interested in selling or buying machinery for producing silicon wafers, solar cells and solar modules. It will provide a stage for some 250 exhibitors from 30 countries.
The South African German Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SAGCC) is facilitating bookings of exhibition space for any South African companies that would like to participate in either of these international trade fairs.
