Paving, concrete blocks and masonry units

Technicrete is a trading division of Murray and Roberts Building Products (Pty) Ltd. All the company's factories hold the SABS ISO 9001:2000 certificate and where applicable, products hold the SABS mark.

The company is a member of the Concrete Manufacturers Association and the Federation of Civil Engineering Contractors and is committed to manufacturing and supplying quality products and service. The product range includes paving, masonry, concrete roof tiles, erosion protection products, as well as retaining wall blocks for the building and civil construction industries.

Pavers
Concrete block pavers are hard wearing and aesthetically pleasing. They can be used for heavy industrial hard standing areas and roadways, commercial areas, car parks, driveways and pedestrian footpaths. The product range includes the Double Zig Zag fully interlocking paving block, the Bond Brick rectangular paving blocks, and the Concobble units for the traditional cobblestone effect. Other paving units produced include, the Conleaf paving block, the Trojan slab and square paving blocks, as well as the Keystone paving block. The keystone paver derives its unique look by the combination of two distinctive shapes into one unit. Satin Pave, a new paving block that is a non-bevelled interlocking paver with a smooth, yet hardwearing surface. This paver is used in both heavy duty industrial areas and elegant shopping centres. Double Bond and Cobble Bond are new paving blocks which give an attractive cobble effect with strong interlock capacity. The cobble look comes from a central groove which is bevelled across the middle of the block. Grass Frames, Armorflex HLP and Congrass allow the regrowth of vegetation, producing paved areas with a green lawn effect. Special products include the Deckwerk and the Escoline paving blocks. These have a vertical interlock and are used for special applications including storm water channel linings.

Masonry 
A range of masonry units is available including standard stock bricks, semi face and rock face coloured bricks and the attractive Conarch face brick. A range of hollow blocks is available in standard imperial and metric sizes. The Swiftbrick face brick unit for single skin construction is available in a range of colours and Standard Grey. The Maxibrick unit for single skin construction is available in Standard Grey, or Diamond Faced Pigmented.
