Profiled steel sheeting
10½ Corrugated
The traditional corrugated profile offers versatility, e.g. agricultural
structures, light industrial and commercial buildings, mass housing and even up-market
housing. Provides functional and economic benefits, i.e. hard and strong, relatively
light, easy to handle, provides an attractive square metre coverage per unit mass. Ratio -
allows for lighter and less expensive structural roof construction.
Nu-Rib 762
Effectively bridges the gap between corrugated and box ribbed profiles. Nu-Rib's deeper
flutes allow for a superior water carrying capacity than the corrugated profile but still
yields a 10% greater cover width than IBR 686.
IBR 686
Since HH Robertson's introduction of IBR in 1958, its popularity has made it a
generic term. The trapezoidal flute design still offers the optimum strength mass and load
span characteristics compared to alternative profiles.
Superseal 500
This no-hole standing seam roof profile is specifically designed for slopes as low as 1º.
The interlocking, concealed clip fastening system ensures a weatherproof roof.
Unrestricted, extra long sheet lengths are possible by rollforming Superseal 500 on site
with HH Robertson's mobile mill.
Deklad 550
This profile offers on-site rollforming and ease of handling on site. HH
Robertson offers a sliding clip for thermal movement to match IBR 686 and Nu-Rib 762.
