As a leader in the design,
manufacture and marketing of office furniture and seating since 1974,
Burocentrum's primary goal is still to supply unique products of the
highest quality and design direct from the factory. The company also
specialises in seating for auditoriums, lecture and training rooms, public
and airport seating, etc. Through licence agreements with Artifort from
Belgium, Methis from Italy, Deko from Italy and Zoeftig from U.K. ,
Burocentrum has international design, research and development expertise
available.

Systems available:
Beam mounted chairs with fold out writing tablet:
A variety of seats in different sizes and styles. Chairs can also be
designed to client's specification style or corporate identity. All chairs
are designed around local and international ergonomical standards.
The range compromises solid die-cast
aluminium components and accessories such as leg pieces, armrests, seat
brackets and clamps, all mounted onto straight or curved beams.
The fold-away easily accessible writing
tables are manufactured from natural wood or melamine and the mechanism
components are also solid die-cast aluminium. PVC protective back covers
or natural wood veneer backs are also available. Microphones and
translation channels can be incorporated in ranges.
Floor-mounted chairs with continuous
bench:
The same range of chairs is available on floor-mounted self centering
pedestal with or without slide back mechanism or a swing arm double pivot
floor-mounted pedestal.
Both systems can be fitted with a
continuous writing bench and allow for unobstructed rear entry.
Floor-mounted chairs with flip up seat:
Two models available, with or without arm rests and various back rest
heights. The range can be fitted with fold-out writing tablets or writing
bench.
Public Seating:
Extreme robust metal beam mounted seating system. Seat and backrest
ergonomically shapes in 3mm thick perforated mild steel or stainless
steel. Metal frame and leg structure is lazer cut or fixed to the floor.
All metal components are iron phosphated and epoxy powder coated.
Available in 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and more seater units.
Zipp folding table:
Unique folding table designed for ease of handling by only one person
as it need not be carried or folded on floor. Fitted with lockable
castors, 28mm top thickness, available in various finishes, sizes and
shapes. Framework allows for easy vertical stacking. Ideal for
multipurpose areas. This table has also now received a SABS DISA design
excellence award 2007.
Zipp four legged stacking chair
Seat and back rest in polypropylene, can also be upholstered.
Available with or without armrests. Also available in various frame
finishes and shell colours.
Yuno multifunctional chair:
Yuno offers numerous possibilities to become indispensable everywhere
especially for training and conference applications. The chair allows for
a LHS or RHS antipanic fold out writing tablet and is one of the few
chairs that is stackable with a writing tablet. The chair further allows
for linking devices, is available with upholstered or wooden seat and
polypropylene, upholstered or wooden backrest, stackable with mobile
trolley option and beam mounted option for public seating areas.

Torsion
Burocentrum Ya-Rona (PTY) LTD, with 33 years seating industry experience,
is proud to present our new range in conference seating, called BURO
TORSION. The main feature of this chair is an under frame steel tube
containing two spring bars offering backrest elasticity. This ensures
efficient ergonomics and extra comfort. Another feature is the seat and
backrest’s injection molded foam. This ensures the seating surface
retains its shape and comfort
