Hillaldam Coburn Systems is a long-established South African manufacturer of specialist sliding hardware which is extensively used for doors in homes, offices, schools, hospitals, restaurants, shopping centres, warehouses, factories and aircraft hangers. Hillaldam leads the market in the design and manufacture of hardware for all sliding door applications - particularly weather-proof sliding and folding doors. 

Domestic sliding door systems
Cosy - for hollow-core and semi-solid interior doors; Panther - for solid timber interior doors; Double-60 - for wardrobe and cupboard doors; Jason - for cabinet doors; Cavity Door - built-in cavity units for cavity sliding doors in half brick walls; Patio - for straight sliding timber to aluminium patio doors; Foldaside  - for sliding and folding timber doors and windows with fully rebated frame; fully weatherproof aluminium sliding and folding doors - tested to AAAMSA A1.

Industrial sliding door systems
Straightaway - top hanging systems for timber or steel doors and gates up to 1 000 kg; Rollaway - bottom rolling systems for timber or steel doors and gates up to 4 000 kg.

Shopfront sliding door systems
Rollaway /Straightaway - for straight sliding timber or aluminium doors; Foldaside 866 and 868 - for sliding and folding timber or aluminium doors; Stackaway - for top-hung or bottom rolling doors which stack clear of the door opening. Stackaway 655 and 355 systems require no floor channel.

Partition sliding systems
Foldaside/Centafold for folding interior panels; Partitionfold - for centre-hung paired panels with no floor channel.

Hospital sliding systems
A range of sliding systems suitable for lead-lined X-ray room doors and other interior doors. Dripaway tracks for drip feeds.

Overhead track and conveyor systems
Sliding track support systems for production line conveyor, milking parlours, livestock feed conveyors, as well as TV studio lighting grids and window cleaner safety tracks.

Glass hardware
