Pavers

For both beauty and durability underfoot, hard burnt clay brick pavers from Corobrik offer aesthetic appeal as well as great practicality within the context of most tastes and styles.  Every paver is originated with clay drawn from age old deposits.  After firing, the hues and textures derived compliment all environments, affording visual appeal in an unobtrusive way.

The majority of pavers within the Corobrik range are modular in shape, measuring 220 x 108.5 x 50mm or 200 x 98.5 x 50mm and are ideal for usage in pavement and light vehicular applications. The paving range manufactured at Corobrik’s Springs factory has been further enhanced with chamfered edges and nibs on the vertical surfaces that function to minimize chippage in application. The Corobrik paver range includes other sizes and thickness to complement both architectural and heavy trafficked applications.

Applications
The pavers in the national range are appropriate for pedestrian and light vehicular applications, with selected pavers having qualities appropriate for more demanding heavily trafficked applications. Corobrik pavers may be laid in many attractive angular and radial patterns in domestic and commercial applications where relatively light traffic is anticipated.  For heavy duty usage, the herringbone interlocking pattern is recommended as it best resists the lateral loads of vehicle wheels, especially on corners and slopes.  The thicker pavers in the range generally have higher transverse breaking loads, making them more appropriate for heavy trafficked applications.
