The Aggregate and Sand Producers Association of
Southern Africa represents the reputable quarries producing stone and
sand.
When thinking of buying aggregate (stone) and sand,
then always bear in mind that Aspasa members have to undergo Health
and Safety Audits as well as Environmental Audits. These audits are
compulsory to ensure that people, i.e. workers and the communities are
not injured or hurt while at work or while staying near a quarry.
