It includes a built-in under-sink safe tray with leak detector, as well as concealed plumbing and electrical connections. A child proof safety lock is an important feature.
The Zip HydroTap is more energy-efficient and cheaper to run than traditional urns and kettles. Improved logics include sleep mode and programmable on / off timing features for further savings on electricity consumption. Optional oversized levers for disability use are also available.
Another option is the HydroTap font which allows the HydroTap to be installed anywhere and is therefore not reliant on where the sink is situated.
The Zip BoilTap delivers boiling water within 2°C of boiling point, while the Zip ChillTap dispenses 42 litres of chilled water per hour at a constant 11°C.
